As a Call Centre Sales Agent at ClickTake Technologies, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and converting leads into sales. You will play a crucial role in driving our sales goals while providing outstanding service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads.
  • Present and promote our products/services to prospective customers.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to team performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Own a personal laptop with a reliable internet connection.
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is a must; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a call centre environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
